3 Priorities of nutrition

1st priority is providing your body with enough calories regardless of where it is coming from for the conversion to meet energy demands.

2nd the body will sort through these calories and start to apply these macro nutrients ( protein carbohydrates and fats ) to where they are needed. Example carbohydrates to the liver for energy replenishment protein to the muscles for tissue repair and fats for energy.

3rd the body will seek out and extract micro nutrients ( vitamins and minerals ) and of course the more natural and organic your food is the more nutrient rich it is going to be.
