Description of class: Classes are one hour long for all levels of fitness and takes place in a gym setting. Activities involved weights, running, jumping and cardio in a circuit fashion, If you can not preform certain exercises there is always a way to modify. So if you are a beginner you are more then welcome to join don’t be shy.
